Опис вакансії

DataArt has been engaged in software development and IT consulting since 1997. Companies that create interesting products and services have complex business processes, they want to beat the competition with the help of technology, and usually they turn to us. We, in turn, help them come up with technologies, build, implement, maintain, and upgrade them. Experienced presales consultants are in demand in many projects. In one of them, we’re improving the internal system of one of the world’s top three biggest rating agencies. We’re also working with the systems of a major online supermarket, and are developing an analytical platform for an offline retailer. It is also should be noted that we hire people not for a project but for a team. Projects change, but the DataArt network of companies with its infrastructure, support, and tools of professional development stays. DataArt has a flat structure, which means we don’t have superiors and subordinates. The engineers directly communicate with the customers’ representatives and are free to choose the tools for the job (as long as not constrained by other factors). We have free internal language and technological courses, hold international conferences, participate in other party conferences, provide employees with insurance, and take care of them in all kinds of ways. DataArt’s network consists of 17 sales and development centers (US, UK, Argentina, Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, and Latvia). Our specialists can work in any of the centers after discussing it with the project team (and if they desire to, of course).

Responsibilities:

  • Product presentations and demonstrations;
  • Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities;
  • Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP);
  • Build custom demonstrations;
  • Deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC);
  • Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects;
  • Provide support at external and internal customer facing events;
  • Be able to position and present Information about DataArt’s service offerings, and compare them to those of competitors;
  • Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers;
  • Liaise with internal teams (practices, CoC, SMEs) to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process;
  • Assist with the evaluation of opportunities and/or identification of target accounts;
  • Assist with the creation of a sales cycle plan;
  • Assist Sales Representative in building a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment);
  • Manage hand-over to Delivery Managers (DM).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area;
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills;
  • The ability to translate technical and business requirements into solutions;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Proven ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure;
  • Fluency in English and German essential;
  • Ability to discuss and demonstrate the business benefits and value of technical solutions to customers.

Additional Competences:

  • Fluency in another European language would be an advantage.
