Project Description
DataArt is helping to create a platform for managing business trips for an American startup. The app is designed to satisfy the business travel needs for those companies which encourage their employees to organize their business trips by themselves.
We are engaged in the development of software that processes travel data and offers alternative solutions for travel and accommodation that reduce companies' travel costs and give employees the opportunity to receive bonuses in the form of gift cards.
DataArt is engaged in the creation of microservices (payment tools, hotel and ticket search platforms, etc.). The core of the system is written in Scala. The microservices are developed using Node.js.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of automated testing experience;
- Knowledge of Web API/Web Services (REST);
- Testing experience using JavaScript libraries for the Node.js platform (mocha, jasmine, chai, chai-http, joi);
- Skills working with callback/promise;
- Experience creating frameworks for automated testing and providing test coverage for Web services;
- Solid experience working with databases (SQL, noSQL);
- Experience working with and a solid understanding of Git;
- Knowledge of and experience working with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Bamboo, CircleCI) environments;
- Experience working with the following applications: Postman, Fiddler, Charles, Wireshark, Jmeter;
- Solid understanding of QA processes in Agile SDLC;
- Good spoken and written English (no lower than Upper-Intermediate).
Additional Competences
- Experience of Web UI automation;
- Experience working with AWS technologies;
- Experience working in the Travel & Hospitality industry.
