Project description:

Training Team drives various programs related to internal and public education, both technical and non-technical, TechTalks, PM Clubs and all other activities aimed to help our contractors grow and achieve new professional level. Thanks to your effort, dozens of people will be able to make a new step in their career ledder.
Role description:
Good English is a key to successful communication with Dev-Pro clients. The Training Assistant will not be expected to teach our contractors English personally, but will work closely with our English teachers and take over the organization of such activities as:
- corporate English classes (general and intensive);
- internal English testing;
- preparation lessons for CAE certification;
- help with processes improvement and launching new initiatives.
Required skills:
- 1+ year of experience in HR/Event/Training department in IT company;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- excellent communication skills;
- result-oriented;
- development as a personal motivation.
Desired skills:
- experience in organizing English lessons in IT company.
