Senior Project Manager, Media Distribution Platform

Our client is a movie, music, and music video distributor. The company signs agreements for the distribution of media content to large and small (indie) labels via various platforms (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Pandora, etc.).
These platforms have various technical requirements. The need to meet these requirements and related business processes leads to significant labor efforts in the IT industry. At present, a quarter of all employees of our client are technical experts.
DataArt specialists determine the needs of the concerned parties and help improve the IT systems of the client. The set of technological tools has to be up to date so that every system can be adapted to the constantly changing requirements of the media industry.
Required Skills and Experience
Solid 4+ years of PM experience with medium sized projects and a track record of successfully completed projects;
Experience managing projects from signing the contract to the successful delivery;
Experience setting up and managing processes for a project from scratch;
Experience working with different documentation (Requests for Proposals, Solution Proposals, etc.);
Practical knowledge of project methodologies including Scrum;
Experience organizing an effective interaction between the project team and the client;
Practical experience in scope, risks, expectations, and change management;
Excellent Jira and Confluence skills;
Business Analyst skills (requirements analysis, creation of technical specifications);
Good communication skills;
Good people management skills;
Good spoken and written English (no lower than Advanced).
Additional Competences
Experience in pre-sales;
Experience working with distributed teams;
Product-oriented mindset;
Technical background (e.g. a QA, developer, and/or Solution Architect);
Professional certification (e.g. PMI, PMO).
