Manage and coordinate all activities involved in Process of product movement from suppliers to the Point of Sale (POS). Responsible for demand forecasting; order placement; custom clearance; warehousing and goods distribution. Within short period of time significant gap in Inventory control was indentified. It allow to reduce inventory level and decrease a need in Working capital by 15%.The best practices in supplier selections were implemented. New approach for Budgeting was applied. Warehouses space was optimized (due to consolidation) with further warehousing cost decrease by 20%. Formalized work of cross functional team. In order to utilize benefits of Internet base Tender application (APS) and speedup the process of new POSs openings without stress on the business Company Purchasing Policy was redesigned with purchasing process re-engineering. 2 Global Sourcing: Protein items supply was realized with direct impact on Cost of Business decrease over 2%.
