Responsibilities:

·Managing full cycle of software development. Remote teams’ management. Budget and resources planning. Delivering business value within the agreed schedule and budget. Charging with planning and scheduling duties including developing project and iteration plans, monitoring and reporting statuses, identifying and mitigating risk. Communications with partners, vendors, and customers.

·Consulting with business analysts to plan scenarios and quality of service requirements for iterations, consulting with QA engineers to plan testing and facilitating communication within the team.

·Estimating workload and dividing it among the development teams. Coaching teams’ members and bringing them on a higher level.

·Providing management with a clear plan for this. Aspects, which this plan contains, are an individual assessment of the team members and a resulting individually based plan of improvement.

·Conducting customers’ presentations and trainings.
