Administration & Campaign Assistant – Green Reconstruction of Ukraine
Located in Ukraine, Kyiv region
The successful candidate on this position will be responsible for:
- Implementing of the campaign projects and tasks
- Ongoing overview of the campaign process, adaptation of campaign planning if needed
- Coordinating the project of group members and team members
- Assisting in the logistics of the projects
- Preparing the information material, web-content and reports on campaign topics
- Collaborating with international Greenpeace offices and colleagues, and other NGOs
- Public speaker’s function for Greenpeace campaigns - if needed (media, presentations, conferences)
- Administrative tasks - report writing, budget planning, financial reports
- Working with financial documentation and organizing it
- Supporting the team in its everyday work
Experience and skills needed:
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English
- At least 2 years professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- High level of autonomy and self-management
- Strong self-initiative
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Effectiveness and efficiency
- Ability to cope under pressure in rapidly changing circumstances
- Resilience and flexibility
- A commitment and enthusiasm for Greenpeace’s work
- Past administrative experience is a plus
