Опис вакансії

Gutovska & Partners is an international firm advising on cross-border litigation and arbitration. We are looking for self-driven highly motivated lawyer with 4-7 years’ top-tier post-qualification experience in the following areas (two positions):

  • Civil law (concept of legal entity; tort; commercial agreements; drafting civil claims; civil fraud);
  • Finance (compliance and regulation; anti money laundering; financial crime).
Successful applicants will:
  • have a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a firm / firms ranked as top tier in their area of expertise;
  • have a strong legal mindset, including ability to concentrate and produce excellent written work;
  • have proven excellent legal writing skills;
  • be a team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines;
  • have excellent knowledge of Ukrainian law;
  • be highly credible, with strong client service ethic and commitment;
  • have excellent academic credentials;
  • have sound experience of operating at associate level;
  • be intellectually curious and versatile;
  • have zero tolerance to corruption and "grey" practices.
Examples of assignments
  • Memorandums;
  • Analysis / notes;
  • Review of claims;
  • Advising on various issues of Ukrainian civil law / finance;
