We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. This

role is crucial in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency

drive operational success. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess

business needs, define process improvements, and support the implementation

technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize business operatio

● Work closely with the business units to understand their goals.

● Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.

● Identify potential areas for improvement using a technological process/automation.

● Design the business solution and flo

● Fully learn and understand the business goals & all operational aspects

● Design, develop and maintain process documentation (BRD), including workflows, SOPs, a

process maps.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirement

● Support process automation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies.

● Assist in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure

process effectivenes

● Conduct process testing, validation, and training for stakeholders.

● Work closely with R&D and business teams to ensure seamless process integration.

● Monitor process performance and provide regular reports to management.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications & Skill

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems,

or a related fiel

● Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or

related roles.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).

● Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau

● Familiarity with process automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation tools

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

● Ability to work closely with business units to understand their goals.

● Strong capability to identify and implement process improvements using technological

solutions/automation.

● Experience in designing and mapping business solutions and workflow
