Now about our requirements for the specialist we are looking for:
- Fluency in Ukrainian, English - at least C1 Advanced level (oral and written communication).
- Specialized higher or basic higher education.
- At least 1 years of experience (experience in a managerial position will be an added advantage).
- Budget Management.
- Аbility to perform competitive analysis.
- Motivated to develop and result-oriented, able to plan and implement this plan independently.
- The ability to find optimal solutions and complete tasks.
- Be with the means of power supply, our work requires always being in touch, having the Internet and charged office equipment, according to the work schedule, regardless of whether there is light or not!
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing platform functionality in alignment with Sempico Solutions' CPaaS product vision and strategy.
- Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive CPaaS improvements.
- Prioritizing features based on customer needs, market research, and business priorities.
- Managing product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and aligned with strategy.
- Minimizing financial obligations with partners.
- Acquiring new clients, supporting existing ones, and expanding the client portfolio.
- Seeking and negotiating with strategic partners.
- Conducting market analysis and presenting insights to clients.
- Gathering customer and partner feedback for product development.
- Maintaining technical infrastructure for SMS message termination.
- Ensuring platform scalability, reliability, and security.
- Coordinating product launches and monitoring performance KPIs.
- Representing the company at international conferences and creating video guides.
- Acting as the main CPaaS expert and contact point within the organization.
