Customer Support Representative

Опис вакансії
We are looking for a Customer Support team member for our Lviv office (not a remote position).
Person will closely collaborate with drivers in the US and dispatchers and will be responsible for various operational tasks for our team brokers, including making sure loads are picked up and delivered as required.
Responsibilities:
- Entering data to the transportation management system
- Making/answering phone calls
- Communicating and sending info to the drivers (calling drivers for updates)
- Providing updates to the brokers
Skills:
- At least intermediate English level is a MUST
- Fast reaction and learning skills
- Ability to interact, in a professional manner with drivers and other employees
Ability to work Monday-Friday from 3 pm till 1 am local time (taxi back home is covered)
