Опис вакансії
We are looking for a Customer Support team member for our Lviv office (not a remote position!).
Responsibilities:
✓Entering loads to the transportation system
✓Requesting appointments by email/phone
✓Checking paperwork and reporting OSD
✓Communicating with the carriers — providing updates to the customers
Skills:
At least intermediate English level is a MUST
Fast reaction and learning skills
Interaction in a professional manner only
Ability to work from the office Mn-Fr 3-11pm local time (taxi covered) and from home 11pm - 1 am (Laptop/PC)
