Canadian ad tech company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ad Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our ad platform, supporting clients, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our advertising processes. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in ad operations, campaign management, and programmatic selling/buying.

Обязанности:
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the ad platform to ensure optimal performance and advertising sales.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain and oversee the whitelisting process to ensure compliance and quality control.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad operations, utilizing basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Collaborate with demand partners, mediation teams, and publishers to enhance platform efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all advertising content is delivered accurately and meets client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
Условия:
Salary:
- Based on experience level, ranging from $1,200 USD to $1,500 USD per month for full-time position Monday-Friday.
- Working hours can be adjusted according to the candidate’s time zone.
