Requirements, wishes:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in Ukrainian, English proficiency required.
Experience:
- At least 1 - 2 years Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer outreach.
- Experience working with international companies or logistics-related services is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute physical marketing and outreach activities, including direct visits to potential customers, warehouses, offices, and commercial centers, to promote company services, generate qualified leads, and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients through face-to-face engagement and consistent follow-up communication.
- Deliver professional product and service presentations, including detailed briefings on shipping processes.
- Identify potential customer segments through targeted market surveys and field research to support strategic market expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities, regional market conditions, and customer behavior; provide structured field reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with operations and other internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and efficient resolution of client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, customer interactions, leads, and outcomes.
- Support local marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding guidelines, messaging standards, and ethical policies.
- Analyze regional performance data and propose strategies to improve market penetration, customer retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Perform additional responsibilities related to business development and marketing as assigned by management.
