Luxoise Apartments, Berlin is a young, exciting and fast growing international company. We have a proven track record of delivering an outstanding customer experience and are one of the best rated serviced apartment providers in the German capital, with an average customer review score of 9,2/10 on major booking portals. At Luxoise we embrace the recent changes in hotel management processes using innovative state of the art automation technologies making our business one of the most advanced and efficient in the industry.

We are opening a customer service centre in Lviv and are currently looking to recruit an ambitious customer service operator.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Rate analysis and management
  • Regular reporting to company management
  • Processing customer inquiries and requests
  • Management of bookings using our Property Management Software (PMS)
  • Checking of correct availability on OTA’s (Booking.com / Expedia)
  • Manage ongoing client communication
  • Produce cleaning schedules
  • Management of automated check in and check out processes.
  • Reporting damage / required repairs to maintenance team

Experience and skills required

  • You should have an excellent command of the English language both spoken and in written form, as well as having the ability to articulate yourself appropriately, speaking both clearly and fluently.
  • Knowledge of other European languages such as German is welcomed
  • Proficiency of MS Office package
  • Problem solving skills
  • Pro-customer attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate situations, when challenged
