Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) - Doctors Without Borders is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to start immediately in Lviv with flexibility to move to Kyiv in future.

Main Purpose:

Ensuring that the organisation is a Responsible employer, supports proper management of HR across the board and assumes full responsibility of all Administrative and legal issues in the Mission.

Main Duties:

Know labour legislation in force in Ukraine; keep her/himself informed of any amendment made in labour legislation by regularly checking legislation sources and/or regularly meeting with lawyer, other local authorities.
Implementation of policies, procedures, tools, standards and principles regarding all staff, (national, international, etc.) working conditions, benefits and remuneration, job profiles and function grids, health coverage, etc.
Is responsible to ensure that staff remuneration (salary, post adjustments, compensations, final settlements, etc,) and benefits (holidays, leaves, social coverage, health coverage, etc.) meet with the Mission’s salary grid validated by HQ, Internal Regulations and HR policies, ensuring the organisation acts as a responsible employer at any time.

The position will be based in Lviv but with flexibility to move to Kyiv in future. Fluency in English language is a requirement for the position.

Expected gross salary is 40,000 – 42,000 UAH per month.
