Requirements

Have at least 1 year experience of recruitment and HR related activities experience across the IT industry or Online industry
Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process.
Excellent sourcing/research skills with the ability to deep dive into searches for hard-to-fill position
Basic understanding of programming technologies
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Resilient and calm under pressure, able to handle multiple demands and priorities
Confident user of Microsoft Office
Strong Intermediate level of English or higher

Drive IT recruitment process: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both the hiring manager and the candidates.
Work with recruitment database
Constant monitoring of labor market
Identify gaps and build a succession pipeline for the key roles within the organization
Taking an active role in forming and keeping the employer brand
Insure smooth onboarding process and adaptation of newcomers to the assigned teams
