As a Sales Executive at B2B Rocket, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, responsible for showcasing the value of our products through engaging and insightful product demos. Your primary role is to introduce potential clients to our products, effectively communicate their benefits, and drive the sales process to completion. The ideal candidate is an articulate presenter, a diligent follow-up expert, and a skilled closer.
Responsibilities
- Software Demonstrations: Join sales meetings and demo calls to introduce and demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our product to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our product as the solution to their challenges.
- Sales Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with potential clients post-demo to address any questions, provide additional information, and nurture the relationship toward a successful sale.
- Closing Deals : Efficiently navigate the sales process to finalize agreements, ensuring a clear understanding and satisfaction on the part of the client.
- Sales Documentation : Accurately record and maintain client information, interactions, and sales progress in the company's CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from demo sessions and communicate with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and sales materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a technology or software company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product details.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Results-driven with keen attention to detail.
