SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT in CYPRUS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and reply to Boss' requests including travel suggestions/accommodations, restaurant reservations, and other administrative tasks, with high sense of urgency and professionalism
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of all meeting logistics.
Assist with occasional special events hosted by Boss, including guest list management, RSVP's, catering etc.
Schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangement
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
You need to be:
service-oriented (work experience with exigent clients will be appreciated)
ready to help employer and his family with different errands , sometimes 24/7
experienced in acting as a first point of contact, organizing meetings and appointments, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organizing events and conferences
REQUIREMENTS:
excellent ENGLISH is a must
hold EU passport or have a good Visa history
have driving license
work in our office in Nicosia, Cyprus (we can provide work permit)
ready to travel internationally for up to 2 months a year
WE OFFER:
- Salary: 1,000 € to 1,500 € /month
- we provide work-permit to work in Cyprus
- we DON'T provide accommodation and relocation
