About Gitmir

Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of both the Gitmir platform and projects built with it. You’ll design intuitive interfaces, streamline complex workflows into clear visual patterns, and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys working at the intersection of innovation, technology, and user experience.
Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for the Gitmir platform and client projects.
Transform complex data flows and business logic into clear, usable visual experiences.
Develop and maintain Gitmir’s design system and component library.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve UX.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability of design solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and application design projects.
Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD).
Understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and modern design principles.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Ability to collaborate closely with developers and product managers.
English proficiency for communication and documentation.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for no-code/low-code platforms or SaaS products.
Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to better understand implementation.
Contributions to open-source or design communities.
