FRB (Integrated Facility Management Provider) is looking for a new colleague to become the valuable part of analytical group, which supports the activity of Project Management and Facility Management departments.
Job title: Analyst to the business analysis team
We welcome smart, energetic, experienced and open face new friend to our team for long term mutual work.
Our new colleague will be involved:
- Developing of Profit and Loss reports for Project Management and Integrated Facility Management projects, which are being operated by the company.
- Making analytical forecasts based on the requests of different departments of FRB as well on corporate clients requests.
- Systematic upgrading of presentations and other pitching materials (commercial offers, tender requests) for initial and supportive communications with corporate clients.
- Taking active role in developing of an internal system of business analysis for each resource project (goods and services) that FRB purchases from suppliers to optimize prices.
- Working through client requests re the different product groups: on-line, as well as the preparation of procurement forecasts, plans for the following periods.
- Analyzing of customer needs for procurement on a regular basis
- Accomplishing of specific requests of FRB executive management for the various types of analysis required for an effective business transaction.
- If necessary) to support the valuation department in terms of developing of analytical reports in the real estate market (according to available data and further knowledge obtained by the company).
- FRB web page support - make necessary changes to the information posted on the web site.
- Becoming an active member of the team, who distributes of the approved information about the company's activities in social networks.
- It is planned to develop an interface page for customers, which they will use as a tool for ordering goods and services from our company. We expect that you will lead the development of this with the help of an outsourcing supplier, based on further discussions and developed technical tasks.
- Participating in meetings with clients, as necessary, to present / explain the figures in the new business development team of FRB.
- In case of a request, organize the collection of information on market analysis and analysis of suppliers' proposals for groups of goods and services.
- Development of the necessary documentation, summary tables for the collection of information. Consolidation in the report. Communication with suppliers regarding the data received.
- Conducting the necessary negotiations with FRB suppliers to analyze / agree on the best conditions for project development
- Support for the analytical and paper phase of the projects "Project Management", in which the FRB carries out the management of the construction work carried out by third parties for the FRB client.
- Work on contracts with suppliers and customers, realization of approved business cases - drafting of initial formulations.
Necessary skills and experience:
- 2 year minimum working experience in the sphere of business analysis, forecasts, plans setting up;
- Developed analytical skills;
- Ability to execute different tasks within definite time frame;
- Advanced communications skills, which are useful in the work with vendors;
- Advanced use of computer (Excel, Power point: charts, diagrams)
