Senior Mechanical Engineer

Knowledge of technical and regulatory issues

Determining and implementing design approaches and parameters

Coordinate and provide wide range of engineering support for Mechanical Outfitting’s team during fabrication.

Commissioning of steel structures for Concrete Gravity Based Structures

Fabrication of metal refers to the building of metal structures.

Good knowledge of processes such as cutting, bending, profiling, welding and assembling

Reviewing all relevant design engineering documents throughout all project phases.

Conducting feasibility studies on new designs.

Lead design reviews, error budget development.

Managing Field Engineering division, interface with Home engineering office and company

Evaluate machine shop and vendor components.

Analyze and select materials to verify design accuracy.

Transfer design to manufacturing providing necessary documents and trainings.

Work with consultants to develop, analyze and fabricate components.

Provide effective presentation and written evaluations to communicate concepts, designs, test results, etc.

Work with advanced quality engineers to develop component specific testing and inspection.

lead and contribute significantly in efforts to identify, determine product requirements, generate production drawings for parts and assemblies and develop

Act as an interface to Technical office.

Uses state of the art design methods and construction principles to ensure adequate designs that can be realized from a technical and manufacturability perspective.

Develops and documents working methodology.

Quality control responsibility (ISO9001 edition 2015 ) and improve the business of Quality Management Systems

Working with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to assure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Implementation of preventive maintenance programs and control of technical results for different mechanical systems.

Responsible for operation, installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, an corrective maintenance.

Arrangements for handling operations or long-term storage

the checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal

the collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive

programmed activities and operating conditions, prompt notification of spare part requirements

Traceability of required certification, according to the area of use

co-ordination of repair activities in the event of serious damage to plants or facilities operating in the geographical area of responsibility;
