• Development of dealer service network:
• Ensuring the Dealer provides Aftersales support to the End Customers;
• Providing the Dealer Network with the necessary Technical Support;
• Controlling all aspects of the Local Warranty system in line with standards and policies;
• Ensuring all Local Documentation is completed correctly and on a timely basis;
• Ensuring all Technical concerns are correctly reported, using THD or other CNH reporting systems;
• Working closely with the Network Development Department to improve the capabilities of the Dealer Network;
• Providing Dealer headquarters with technical support;
• Planning and coordinating all Technical, Operational and Maintenance training (working with the Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainers, Product Support Personnel);
• Managing importers’ proficient use of warranty, monitoring data on product failures and warranty cost impact, highlighting product related concerns to ensure timely resolutions. Carrying out routine warranty health checks and raising any suspicious warranty activity. Ensuring importers have all claim supporting documentation and failed parts to eliminate the risk of warranty fraud;
• Organizing the warranty trainings to refresh the knowledge of dealer Service warranty managers and technical personnel;
• Organizing and supporting trainings for end customers before the season and during the introduction of new models on the market;
• Ensuring the Dealer Workshop maintains the highest level of operational procedure, maintaining workshop equipment, hand tools, and Special Service Tools;
• Communicating all relevant technical information to the Dealer Network;
• Regularly contacting the importers via visits, email and telephone to maintain and improve customer satisfaction for service and provide solutions to any concerns;
• Communicating with clients to evaluate their technical needs, proactively proposing effective solutions, educating the clients on fine care and usage details of new equipment;
• Negotiations with end customers and managing critical or difficult situations between end customers and dealers;
• Ensuring all Product Improvement Programs are completed;
Supporting and developing the dealer network; Service Excellence to improve dealer standards with the dealer staff; Advising the dealers workshop equipment and special tools; Providing on-site training to dealer workshop and field service personnel; Analyzing and checking dealer warranty claims; Educating dealers in providing professional machine installation training to the end users when delivering new equipment; Checking that the correct maintenance procedures are applied to the dealers’ new machine inventory; Ensuring that the dealer applies the correct pre-delivery checking of machines before the sale;
