Supply chain/Procurement specialist

Responsibilities:  Taking leadership for NPI supply activities from the suppliers respecting Cost, Timing Targets, Quality and Capacity;  Performing detailed cost analysis of supplier proposals and reducing TCO;  Fulfilling direct (various commodity groups of components — ≈ annual spend of 10 million EUR) and indirect (tooling, spare parts, CAPEX and MRO — ≈ annual spend of 1 million EUR) manufacturing’s needs;  Taking part in supplier audits and PPAP together with QA and R&D departments, sustaining supplier capacity overview;  Negotiating commercial terms in complex contractual documents (MPAs/LTAs, SLAs etc.). Key achievements:  Negotiated contracts for MRO and spare parts worth approximately 300 000 EUR and saved ≈ 11 % for the company;  Implemented ≈ 20% longer payment terms for suppliers of indirect categories, which resulted in NOWC improvement.

Responsibilities:  Negotiating prices and delivery terms for diagnostic kits and consumables with subsequent cost reduction and SC efficiency improvements;  Demand planning and performing master procurement plans to maintain acceptable DOI KPI for diagnostic kits and consumables;  Maintaining information system TerraLab (maintenance of material master, BOMs etc.), supporting business in solving MD issues. Key achievements:  Implemented Kanban for a specified high-running group of diagnostic kits, which decreased inventory levels and improved turnover by ≈ 18%;  Decreased laboratory’s information system performance defects by ≈ 50% by means of initiating and supporting regular master data management and maintenance events.

Responsibilities:  Efficiently performing procurement of numerous commodity groups of components and equipment with ≈ annual spend of 3,5 million EUR;  Taking responsibility for reporting PPIV, OTIF, Fill Rate KPIs at monthly managerial meetings;  Leading NPI procurement activities for PVC tiles project deployment in a Cost, Timing, Quality and Technology efficient manner;  As a SIOP project coordinator, monitoring and coordinating development progress, reviewing process where relevant and coordinating the teams securing successful deployment;  As a MM Key User in SAP Migration, Integration, Globalization project, making sure the system reacts according to the requested use cases, taking care of the system being usable and performing appropriately and the business flow being complete and correct after roll-out. Key achievements:  Negotiated contracts on equipment and spare parts worth 250 000 EUR and saved ≈ 12% for the company;  Developed unified purchase order/contractual/customs clearance documents’ records system, which saved ≈ 15% of time for value-added activities in purchasing department.

Responsibilities:  Planning and scheduling workflow for Connectors’ department according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times, analysing production specifications and plant capacity data and performing calculations in order to determine resources requirements;  Analysing back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations, expediting operations that delay schedules and altering schedules to meet unforeseen conditions;  Monitoring the execution of production plan and resolving any potential issues in a timely fashion, analysing delays and interruptions and accordingly adjusting production schedule to meet deadlines;  Coordinating placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials, planning inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses. Key achievements:  Together with a cross-functional team successfully implemented Kanban system for a specified high-running group of components;  Together with a supply chain team regularly achieved >90% monthly targets in inventory levels and on time delivery of FGs to customers.
