International Logistics Company with headquarters in Montevideo, Uruguay is searching for Executive Assistant to follow CEO on International trips to USA, South America, Europe, Asia and Russia region.
Requirements for a candidate:
• Relocation to Uruguay;
• University degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing business relations and administrative support at a senior management;
• Experience with Air Travel and Hotel reservations;
• Fluent English (written and oral communication), Russian and other languages would be appreciated; Preferably Spanish;
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Able to work under pressure and flexible time;
• Able to travel long distances travel often (70-80 % - its Business trips);
• Creative and Pro-Active.
The main responsibilities:
• Coordination and support of the CEO on International trips to USA, South America, Europe, Asia and Russia region;
• Аssisting business meetings, translation (written and oral communication);
• Execution of instructions of the CEO.
The company offers:
• US$3,000.00 after probation.
• Paid Travel & Expenses. One month paid vacation.
