Requirements, wishes:
✔️ Proven experience managing successful Instagram and TikTok accounts with a large follower base.
✔️ Fluent in Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
✔️ Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
✔️ Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
This is a remote position. The salary is $1,500 per month.
Duties:
? Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and follower growth on Instagram and TikTok.
? Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content.
? Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
? Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and reach.
? Collaborate with the content creation and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
? Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
? Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
