Leading customers’ support projects (Tetra):

▪ Cases characterization & prioritization

▪ Conducting coordination and status meetings with Customers

▪ Engagement with developers’ teams for escalation purposes

Coordinating SW/Patches delivery

▪ Being a customer’ representative at Priority Board meetings

▪ Ensure on time security/custom clearance, dispatch of the deliverables

Leading the bid management as Technical Stream Leader, ensuring solution

completeness and compliance with customer requirements.

▪ Requirements analysis, evaluation, clarification

▪ Developing technical solution and creating technical solution description

▪ Coordinated the distribution of deliverables, including RFPs, solution descriptions,

BOQs, and SOCs.

▪ Reviewed and consolidated all deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.

▪ Engaged with stakeholders to track and communicate delivery status.

▪ Core Network planning according to marketing forecasts, control of the network

resources utilization, planning extension/re-homing.

▪ Creating RFPs (Request for Proposal), evaluating responses, negotiations with

suppliers

▪ Ordering - purchase orders creation and follow up till deployment/acceptance

▪ Deploying PS Core network design for projects based in Eastern Europe (2G/3G)

▪ Deploying Microwave Network Design for Astelit project (Mini-link Traffic Node)

▪ Presenting and discussing offered design with stakeholders

▪ Performing pre-sales calculation for the network design activities

O&M of PDH, SDH and DWDM Networks

▪ Deployment of new logical links, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting

▪ Installation, configuration and commissioning of PDH and SDH multiplexers.
