Manage project management team;

· Coordinate capacity and responsibility within the team and based on PMs experience;

· Leading general customer communication and transfer for cable technology production from Ukraine to North Macedonia

· Develop APQP tailoring for cable technology;
Project manager responsibility:

· Management of the project through all project phases;

· Represents customer interests at the plant regards quality, cost, delivery service expectations;

· Represent plant interests opposite to customers

· Development and creation of Project Plans. Control of project plan fulfilment. Apply APQP approach to the project planning;

· Proper documentation of project communication, decision and agreements;

· Leading of Product Feasibility and Product Development studies;

· Participation at training and development for project team

· Implement changes (change management);

· Preparation for prototype, pre-launch, PPAP production.
